TRYP Retreats · Bend, Oregon

Private consciousness retreats in Bend.

For people who have built full lives—yet know that there must be more.

Nature · herbal care · bodywork · plant-based nourishment · legal psilocybin services

Nothing forced. Everything invited.

Thoughtfully supported

TRYP designs private, thoughtfully supported retreats in Bend to help interrupt familiar patterns and make room for new thought patterns—what we call “reprogramming the brain.”

For those who use spiritual language, it can also be an opportunity to connect with source. Nature, herbal care, bodywork, plant-based nourishment, and regulated psilocybin journeys with licensed Oregon providers are held within one considered experience.

We create an energy conducive to insight and possible breakthrough—spacious, grounded, and deeply held. No outcome is demanded or promised.

“There must be more.”

Who this is for

You have spent years building a life that works.

Career. Relationships. Responsibilities.

You are capable. You show up. People rely on you. And yet, inside, you know there must be more.

  • More depth than daily logistics
  • More aliveness than familiar routines
  • More truth than the stories you have been living by

The old programs feel too small.

The same thoughts on loop. The same reactions on cue. The same narrow stories about who you are and what is possible.

You may be navigating a career shift, relationship change, loss, burnout, children leaving home, long-term caregiving—or simply sensing that the version of you who got here is no longer the version you want to be.

TRYP is for those ready to “reprogram the brain”—our shorthand for interrupting familiar patterns and intentionally practicing new ones—without performance and without force. An opportunity to connect with source and reconsider the default settings of the mind.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

What is TRYP?

TRYP designs private, thoughtfully supported consciousness retreats in Bend, Oregon. We coordinate nature, herbal care, bodywork, plant-based nourishment, and the retreat experience surrounding regulated psilocybin services.

Who is this for?

TRYP is for adults who have built full lives—career, relationships, responsibilities—and still know there must be more. You may be navigating a major transition or simply feeling that familiar patterns no longer fit. TRYP is not crisis care.

What does “reprogram the brain” mean here?

It is our shorthand for interrupting habitual thought and behavior patterns, creating space around familiar reactions, and intentionally practicing new ones. Research is exploring psilocybin’s relationship to neuroplasticity and brain-network flexibility, but individual mechanisms and outcomes remain uncertain. The phrase is not a medical claim or guarantee.

Is this therapy or medical treatment?

No. TRYP does not provide therapy or medical care. Preparation, administration, and formal integration of psilocybin are provided only by licensed Oregon facilitators and licensed service centers. TRYP separately coordinates the retreat container around those services: lodging, place, nourishment, bodywork, reflection, and re-entry.

What happens during a retreat?

Each retreat is personalized, but may include private lodging, nature immersion, one or two regulated psilocybin sessions, herbal wellness, aromatherapy, restorative bodywork, plant-based meals, quiet, reflection, and re-entry practices. Nothing is forced, and no specific outcome is promised.

How private is it?

Private retreats mean your own space, your own pace, and no group dynamics unless you choose them. TRYP handles retreat details discreetly. Licensed providers maintain their own records and confidentiality practices.

Can I attend An Open Mind by myself?

Yes. An Open Mind is specifically designed for individuals who arrive on their own. Up to four independently prepared guests share the setting, while each person keeps their own intention, personal space, and private experience. Speaking or socializing is never required.

Can an employer require participation in The Wider View?

No. Participation must be freely chosen by each person. Every participant independently completes private preparation and eligibility with the licensed provider, may decline or withdraw, and chooses what—if anything—to share afterward. Personal intake or health information is not provided to the employer or team.

What kind of results can I expect?

We do not promise specific results. Possible experiences may include more space around familiar reactions, clarity about what matters next, or a felt sense of connection to self, source, or something larger. These are possibilities—not expected or guaranteed outcomes. Integration and continued practice carry any insight into daily life.

Who is this not for?

TRYP is not designed for anyone needing acute psychiatric care or in active crisis, anyone seeking a recreational or party-style psychedelic experience, or anyone requiring insurance coverage or a very low-cost option. Licensed providers separately determine eligibility for regulated psilocybin services.

How do I know if I am ready?

You may be ready if you have built a full life yet know there must be more, want to examine familiar patterns, and are willing to invest in a private, high-support retreat container. Our consultation determines whether TRYP’s hospitality experience is aligned; licensed providers make separate eligibility decisions for psilocybin services.

What is the next step?

Start with a private consultation. We will talk by phone or video, answer your questions, and explore whether TRYP feels aligned with where you are and where you are going.
